We are delighted to be able to confirm and celebrate IGCSE success with our students with examinations which were taken in November 2020. The results reflect the hard work and determination shown throughout this difficult time from our Year 11 and 12 students. The results also reflect the support that parents have given and the tuition of our dedicated teachers, who have gone above and beyond to ensure that students achieve their very best, despite our current circumstance. These are significant achievements and ones for which we are incredibly proud.

Some overall highlights from their wonderful achievements are:

  • 66% of the total grades achieved by the examination cohort were A*
  • 88% of the total grades achieved by the examination cohort were A* or A
  • 100% of students achieved A*- B grades

The students and teachers have shown great tenacity, adaptability and hard work leading to superb academic excellence. This is a great foundation for this year group to set record breaking results in the June examination series.â€

Mrs Fleming, Head of Secondary added: “The results are a credit to the hard work and commitment of our students and staff. It has been incredibly challenging teaching and learning online. However, this shows our students are resilient and determined to achieve. Congratulations everyone on their excellent achievements. We look forward to students having the opportunity to sit for all of their examinations this summer and to then welcoming our students into our A Level programme.â€
